ERG was founded in 1978 by physicians for physicians. Although the group has grown to 360+ physicians and over 100+ APCs, decisions are still made around the table at our monthly group meeting, to which all are invited to attend. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our hospitals and practitioners so that they can deliver compassionate, patient centered care to the communities we serve.

ERG is dedicated in helping you to maintain your CME. ERG hosts a yearly risk management conference. There are also many free CME opportunities within ERG including: ultrasound, procedure labs, sim training, pediatrics, and risk management events.
Physician coverage to patient volume ratio is approximately 20% better than average. Each physician works half of the weekends and half of the holidays. We have two main holiday tracks. Roughly 1/3 of shifts are night shifts. Minor and intermediate care areas are staffed by Family Physicians and APCs. We also have an active US program led by our team of US fellowship trained EM physicians.
