Here at ERG, our Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC) are comprised of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses and Physician Assistants who are highly trained in emergency medicine and practice as physician extenders along side our board certified doctors. ERG focuses on close partnerships between our APC’s and supervising physicians. Those who join the ERG team will have the opportunity to treat adults and pediatrics in a variety of settings, including urban and community emergency departments and free standing emergency departments (FSED).

ERG is dedicated in helping you to maintain your CME. ERG hosts a yearly risk management conference. There are also many free CME opportunities within ERG including: ultrasound, procedure labs, sim training, pediatrics, and risk management events.
ERG offers a competitive hourly rate to all APC’s that reflects our structured tier program. New graduates will start within the tiered program in an emerging role, allowing them to begin their career in a safe environment. Seasoned APCs with a minimum of 2 years of postgraduate emergency medicine experience, will begin working directly with ERG’s board certified ED physicians.
ERG offers scheduling flexibility to create a balanced work/life, this includes two main holiday tracks. There is a low turnover among our practitioners and we hold a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction. We host proactive risk management programs, including Journal Club programs and the area’s largest Risk Management Seminar.
